This shop sell a kind of boiled chicken only, the chicken meat is juicy, chewy but soft. The cooked rice has a bit fragrance of spices, not soggy. Spicy sauce is well mixed amount of sweet and salty, also separated the minced ginger and chilli for yourself to added. Guaranteed deliciousness from the Michelin Star Year 2022-2024.
Personally, I think the taste is good and the portion is quite large and cheap. If passing through the San Sai , let's try it!
